At Glanvilles, trainees aren't expected to sit on the sidelines.
From the outset, you'll be involved in meaningful client work, helping to manage matters, attend meetings, develop your commercial awareness through our time-recording and billing policy, support marketing and business development growth and contribute to the service we provide to our clients and the local community within Hampshire and West Sussex.
You'll gain practical experience under the guidance of experienced solicitors who are committed to helping you grow. Through dedicated mentoring, structured training and regular feedback, you'll have the support and encouragement needed to build confidence and develop your potential.
Recruitment, Training and Retention has been engrossed within our leadership’s succession planning for many years.
