Laura Rolls

Associate

Laura joined Glanvilles in 2018 as a Paralegal, having completed her Law Degree at Bournemouth University in 2016 and Master of Laws in Professional Legal Practice in 2018. Laura qualified as a Solicitor into the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Employment Department in June 2020, having completed her Training Contract with the Firm. Laura then became an Associate of the firm in April 2023. Laura is based between our Fareham and Chichester offices.

Laura has a wide range of knowledge in Dispute Resolution and has experience in many areas including, but not limited to, contract disputes, debt recovery, property and employment disputes.

Laura understands that litigation is not always the most suitable method of solving a dispute, and recognises that Alternative Dispute Resolution methods such as negotiation and mediation can be utilised to resolve matters without the emotional and financial pressure involved in proceeding through the Courts.

Laura is also able to act in relation to non-contentious employment matters such as advising and drafting policy documents and contracts, advising on TUPE matters and advising and drafting restrictive covenants.
