Laura Rolls
Laura joined Glanvilles in 2018 as a Paralegal and qualified as a Solicitor into the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Employment Department in June 2020, having completed her Training Contract with the Firm. Laura became an Associate in April 2023. Laura is based between our Fareham, Havant and Chichester offices.
Laura has a wide range of knowledge in Dispute Resolution and has experience in many areas including, but not limited to, contract disputes, debt recovery, property and employment disputes.
Laura understands that litigation is not always the most suitable method of solving a dispute, and recognises that Alternative Dispute Resolution methods such as negotiation and mediation can be utilised to resolve matters without the emotional and financial pressure involved in proceeding through the Courts.
Laura is also able to act in relation to non-contentious employment matters such as advising and drafting policy documents and contracts, advising on TUPE matters and advising and drafting restrictive covenants.
