What safeguarding have Glanvilles put in place?

We have introduced changes to our office environment and system processes, to ensure that we can continue to provide an effective and efficient service within all our departments.

Our lawyers remain able to work at the office and/or from home. This means if there was another lock down, our lawyers are able to continue working on your matter remotely and securely.

What to expect if I have to attend the office?

The safety, health and welfare of our staff, clients and suppliers remains our top priority. The below are some examples of what to expect if you require attending the office and must be followed even if you have received your COVID19 vaccine;

  • If you, a member of your household or someone you have been in close contact with are displaying symptoms of COVID19, or have tested positive in the last 10 days, please do not attend any of our offices

  • Our teams will encourage the use of telephone and/or online appointments in the first instance wherever possible

  • If you attend any of our offices, the wearing of a face mask is welcomed

  • Please maintain at least two metres social distancing whilst attending one of our offices

  • Use of hand sanitizer is available and encouraged at all offices

  • Gloves and use of own pens are not mandatory at our offices but are welcomed

  • We understand attending a solicitor’s office can be overwhelming; where possible one client attending the office is preferable. A limit on people attending together, or with more than three people, may be necessary where it is difficult to maintain a safe social distance

  • Clients may be asked to wait outside if there are too many people in the reception areas in order to maintain a safe social distance.

A copy of our COVID19 Risk assessment is available in each of our offices at reception, and throughout the buildings for our staff.

Thank you for your understanding and for choosing Glanvilles LLP as your law firm.
