Charlotte Woodhouse

Senior Associate

Charlotte has worked at Glanvilles since she qualified in 1990 and is a Senior Associate with over 20 years’ experience in family law.

She is a member of Resolution, a nationwide organisation of family lawyers and an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Advanced Panel. Charlotte deals with all aspects of family law including children, finances, property, pensions, divorce, cohabitants, living together agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, separating couples and deeds of separation. She is also accustomed to working with family businesses, has experience of farming cases and high value financial cases. Charlotte is fully trained to offer the Resolution Together model of working for the growing number of couples who prefer to receive joint legal advice from a single solicitor.

Charlotte trained as a collaborative lawyer in 2013. Charlotte strongly believes in supporting clients to make their own decisions and to reach agreement wherever possible but has a wealth of experience should court proceedings unfortunately become necessary.
