Trainee Solicitor

Courtney qualified as a solicitor into the Family Department in August 2024. She obtained a first-class law degree from Royal Holloway University of London in 2021 and completed the Legal Practice Course with a Master's in Legal Practice at the University of Law in Guildford.

Courtney is proud to be a part of the family department, bringing her extensive amount of knowledge to all aspects within family law.  Covering areas within Child Arrangement, Prohibited Steps and Specific Issue Orders as well as International Holidays. Following through with Divorce processes, Consent Orders and Finance issues brought up with filing a divorce. To then be able to provide support in Pre and/or Post – Nuptial, Cohabitation and Separation agreements. As well as Courtney being able to assist with Protective injunctions, such as Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.

Acknowledging the emotional and often overwhelming nature of these issues for clients, Courtney strives to make complex legal matters easy to understand, alleviate difficult situations and help clients to get their ducks in a row.
