Jessica Pallone

Solicitor

Jessica qualified as a Solicitor in April 2024 after completing her training with Glanvilles LLP. 

Jessica is a member of our Dispute Resolution team, specialising in employment law. Jessica has vast experience acting for both employers and employees, advising on workplace rights, providing independent legal advice on settlement agreements, and negotiating settlement packages. Jessica supports clients in assessing potential claims—such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, and other employment disputes—and assists with Employment Tribunal proceedings, including drafting all necessary documentation. Jessica also prepares employment contracts and a full range of associated HR documents, including employee handbooks and privacy notices.

Jessica joined Glanvilles Solicitors in April 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor. Jessica read Law at the University of Sussex, graduating in 2020 with a First Class Honours and winning the Mason Hayes Essay Prize for the best Commercial Law essay in her cohort. She then completed the Legal Practice Course alongside a Masters in Law (LLM) at the University of Law in 2021, achieving a Distinction. 

In her spare time, Jessica likes to read classic novels, travel the world and spend time with her family. Before joining us, Jessica worked as a Paralegal for Google (secondment via Lawyers on Demand).
