Sophie Montgomery

Sophie joined Glanvilles as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2021. Prior to this, Sophie graduated from university with a First-Class Law Degree, completed the Legal Practice Course and spent two years working as a Paralegal on high-value Personal Injury matters. 

During her training with Glanvilles Sophie worked in several departments and gained 12 months experience with a variety of property transactions. This included residential and commercial property transactions, leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions. Following successful completion of her training contract, Sophie qualified as a Solicitor in August 2023 into our Residential Property Services team at Glanvilles.  Sophie is based at our Fareham office.

Sophie was a dependent of the Armed Forces for five years and has first-hand experience of the difficulties military personnel and their families can face when buying or selling a home and has a good expertise in this field.

Sophie has worked with many first-time buyers and is able to assist in using Help-to-Buy ISAs or Lifetime ISAs when purchasing properties. Sophie is very friendly and approachable and is a great support to her clients and third parties throughout the property process.
