The Dispute Resolution team at Glanvilles are proud to announce that they are growing again! Emma Naylor (picture below: second to right) will be qualifying as a Solicitor in December. Along with the rest of the team, Emma provides clients with robust, clear and practical advice and is always happy to accept new instructions. Including Emma, our team will consist of four solicitors; Tom Oliver (picture: left), Laura Rolls (picture: second to left), Johnathan Arman (picture: right).
Our Dispute Resolution solicitors help people with all kinds of legal issues and disagreements, including but not limited to; building/property disputes, landlord and tenant matters, consumer disputes, contested probate, contract disputes and professional negligence claims. We understand that litigation is not always the most suitable method of solving a dispute, and recognises that ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution’ methods such as negotiation and mediation can be utilised to resolve matters without the emotional and financial pressure involved in proceeding through the Courts.
Johnathan joined the firm as Trainee Solicitor in 2005 and is now a Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution.
Tom joined the firm in 2019 and was recently promoted to Associate in October 2021.
Laura joined the firm in 2018 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in June 2020.
Emma joined the firm in September 2019 and qualifies as a Solicitor into the successful Dispute Resolution team, on 15 December 2021.
