Such assistance that Scott can provide includes advice on company formations and structures, business sales and purchases, share sale and purchases, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts (including terms and conditions of business, franchise agreements and licence agreements).
We offer a comprehensive legal service for your business with particular expertise in business contracts, commercial agreements, data protection, e-commerce and intellectual property law.
