When someone dies, their assets need to be distributed as outlined in their Will or in accordance with the rules of intestacy. There are a number of steps involved in this which we can carry out on your behalf.
The Grant of Probate is the document that appoints an executor to deal with the estate. We can send the application to the Probate Registry for you along with the relevant probate fees. The assets in the estate need to be identified and valued. This could include investment accounts, shares, property and valuables.
