On 1st July 2026 Hobbs Law LLP will become part of Glanvilles following a successful merger. Hobbs Law will trade under the name Glanvilles Solicitors, incorporating Hobbs Law.
This merger adds Mike and Louise Hobbs’ Hobbs Law Bognor Regis office to the already established four offices of Glanvilles’ in Chichester, Petworth, Fareham and Havant.
Louise will continue supporting clients on a range of Private Client matters such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Administration of Estates, Elderly Client Advice, Estate Planning and Living Wills. Louise is an accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers.
Mike will continue supporting clients on a range of commercial and residential property matters to include freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, remortgages, commercial leasing from licence for alterations to rent deposit deeds and assigning leases. As well as acting for commercial investors with freehold commercial property purchases and sales, assisting on covenants or rights of way, to supporting client with a range of portfolios to include parades of shops, shopping centres, factories or offices.
Hobbs Law was set up in 2011 by Mike and Louise Hobbs, with an office located at Tennyson Road, Aldwick, Bognor Regis in West Sussex.
In 2014 Claire Wallace joined the Hobbs Law firm as administration manager and quickly became a valued and key part of Mike and Louise’s team.
