Will Stisted

Partner

Will has dedicated more than 25 years to residential property law, having qualified as a Solicitor in September 2000. He joined Anderson Longmore & Higham in 2003 as a member of the Residential Conveyancing Team and became a Partner and owner in 2005. Following the successful merger that formed Anderson Rowntree in 2012, and the subsequent merger with Glanvilles LLP in April 2022, Will has continued to play a key role in shaping and developing residential property services across West Sussex.

Will is valued by clients for his down to earth approach and friendly attitude. As Partner for the conveyancing department across West Sussex, Will works closely with clients from the firm's Chichester office in South Street and Petworth office in Market Square, providing his experienced legal advice on a wide range of residential property transactions, from first-time buyers and home movers to property investors and land estate owners.

In addition to handling routine residential conveyancing matters, Will is experienced in advising on high-value property transactions, country homes, rural properties, and more complex land matters. Having worked and lived in West Sussex for over 25 years, his detailed understanding of the local property market across Chichester, Bognor Regis, Petworth, Midhurst and the surrounding areas makes him a trusted legal adviser.

As Partner, Will is fully committed to the high standards of service and professionalism recognised by the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), providing clients with confidence that the transaction is being handled by an experienced and accredited conveyancing professional.

In his spare time Will enjoys sailing, running, theatre and travel.
