Suzanne Golden

Conveyancer

Suzanne joined Glanvilles in 2016 and works in our Residential Conveyancing team based in our Langstone Gate office in Havant. Suzanne is an experienced residential conveyancer who has worked in property for over 20 years.

As a residential conveyancer, Sue is an experienced legal professional who specialises in the transfer of property ownership from one person to another. Residential conveyancers are responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of the process, from the initial negotiation of contracts, to the completion of the transfer of ownership. Suzanne is able to help ensure that the conveyancing transaction is conducted fairly and accurately, and that the paperwork is correctly signed and filed.

Suzanne is knowledgeable on the applicable conveyancing laws and regulations. Suzanne can provide advice and guide clients through the entire conveyancing process. In addition, she can help to identify potential problems or issues that may arise.
