Rebecca Prince

Associate Legal Executive

Rebecca is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and joined our Southgate Chichester office in 2018, with over 20 years of Residential Conveyancing experience. Rebecca’s professional and pragmatic approach to her work achieves positive results and she would be delighted to assist you with your sale, purchase, re-mortgages or transfers of equity.

Rebecca is used to dealing with a variety of different property types such as, properties that are Listed or within Conservation Areas and, unusual unregistered titles. Rebecca previously worked in the Worthing area and, spent 8 years working in Derbyshire, before returning back to her home County of West Sussex and the Chichester area in 2012. Rebecca is a friendly and approachable colleague and has previously attended the Chichester Networking lunches to build the rapport with the local community and businesses.

In her spare time Rebecca enjoys walking on the South Downs and horse riding.
