Nicola Burden

Partner

Nicola joined Anderson Rowntree in 2016 and works predominantly from our Chichester office, whilst also being able to advise clients from our Petworth office. On 1st April 2022 Anderson Rowntree merged with Glanvilles LLP. Anderson Rowntree will trade under the name Glanvilles Anderson Rowntree. You can read more about our successful merge here.

Nicola is a Partner with over 15 years experience working on corporate transactions specialising in corporate finance. Nicola has advised both corporate and individual clients on acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and refinancing.

Nicola has also advised charities and not for profit organisations on incorporations, mergers, restructuring, trading subsidiaries and governance issues including dealing with the Charity Commission.
