Mikyla Bell, MCIPD

HR & Marketing Director

Mikyla Bell joined and trained with the firm in July 2014, and works within the Management Team. Mikyla was promoted to Director in October 2021.

Mikyla is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and successfully graduated in 2018, through the University of Portsmouth, in her chosen field of Human Resource Management.

Mikyla holds strong values when it comes to clear communication and provides proactive HR, Business and Marketing guidance to all levels of staff.

In order to offer support to all staff, Mikyla travels to all our offices across the South Coast in Chichester, Fareham, Havant and Petworth at least once a week to ensure availability to anyone who may require her assistance.
