Gareth Maddern

Gareth joined our Property team in December 2013 before moving over to specialise in Commercial Property in 2016. During this time Gareth has worked in a wide rage of clients and property related matters and specialises in more bespoke matters such as unregistered land, missing title deeds, correction of title documents and plans and always enjoys a new challenge.   

Gareth deals with a large portfolio of both Commercial and Residential clients and has particular expertise in dealing with;

• new build plot sales,
• advising clients on developments, legal requirements, management companies and compliance,
• sale and purchase of land for development and investment,
• the grant of new and assignment of existing leases,
• advising and negotiating for both landlords and tenants in leasehold matters   
• auction transactions,
• option agreements,
• acting for lenders.

Gareth is currently an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and member of the Portsmouth Property Association.
