Emma Naylor
Emma joined Glanvilles LLP as Trainee Solicitor in September 2019 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Team in December 2021. Emma has since been promoted to an Associate from December 2024 and is based between our Fareham and Chichester offices.
Emma has developed a range of knowledge in her field and is instructed by both individuals and companies in a range of areas, including but not limited to, TOLATA, contract disputes, debt recovery and property disputes. Clients appreciate Emma’s honest, direct advice and approach to litigation. Her style has led to her obtaining many favourable resolutions for client’s both by way of settlement, or successful outcome at Court.
Emma understands the difficulties individuals/companies face when confronted with litigation and recognises the benefits of Alternative Dispute Resolution, such as Mediation or Arbitration.
