How we are raising funds for the Poppy Appeal

How did you support The Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal last year? Did you buy a poppy? This year Glanvilles Anderson Rowntree are supporting The Poppy Appeal by adding a ‘poppy’ to our logo on our website.

With more uncertainty with the economy, it’s unfortunately likely that charities are going to be hit once again. Only recently recovering from the effects of COVID-19, this could be determinantal to lots of charities. Therefore, initiatives that support charity are welcome at this time.

The British Royal Legion need to continue to raise their much-needed funds in 2022.

So besides supporting our charity of the year, Dementia Support Sage House in West Sussex, we are supporting The Royal British Legion by:

Asking people to make a simple donation either online at Royal British Legion (https://www.britishlegion.org.uk/get-involved/poppy-appeal), by purchasing an official poppy, badge or wristband;
Adding a poppy to our logo, and
making a donation.
