How has yesterday's budget announcement affected Residential Property

Following the budget on the 27th October 2021, there are no headline grabbing announcements in the property buying and selling world. The regimes relating to stamp duty land tax and capital gains tax (CGT) remain largely untouched, although taxpayers have been given longer to pay CGT bills; they now have 60 days from the date of disposal as opposed to 30 days.
