Mollie Geldart
Mollie joined Glanvilles in April 2026 with over a decade’s worth of experience in dispute resolution. She studied Law at the University of Plymouth before completing her Legal Practice Course at the University of West of England. Mollie qualified as a solicitor in 2019.
Mollie specializes in Civil Litigation. In particular she advises clients on consumer rights, both from the perspective of the consumer and the trader. Mollie also deals with contractual disputes for businesses and can also advise them in respect of director disputes.
In addition, Mollie also has experience in dealing with insolvency proceedings, both for bankruptcy and winding-up petitions. She is able to draft statutory demands on behalf of creditors or make applications to set statutory demands aside.
Mollie makes complex legal situations clear for her clients, advising them on all options available to them. Mollie believes in the benefits of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation and negotiations, to resolve matters as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.
