Mark joined Glanvilles in April 1999 as an office junior within the Accounts department.
As the firm developed it's IT strategy he became more involved with end-user and software support, and went on to become heavily involved in systems implementation. Mark became ICT Manager in 2004 and has led the firm through the planning and implementation of several large-scale firm wide ICT infrastructure replacements including telephony, print and mobility.
He is responsible for the development of internal case management systems including specific department workflows, compliance, billing, time recording and client and prospect database management. In addition he is responsible for launching and developing the firms online services.
Mark also heads up the firms marketing department. In 2011 he lead the firm through a large re-branding project and is responsible for re-launching Glanvilles as you see it today.
Mark was made Senior Associate and Head of IT, Marketing & Communications in May 2013.
Mark is also a member of Glanvilles Management Team and works closely with the Chief Executive and Managing Partners.
