We are privileged to have Marie Russell as a Partner at Glanvilles Damant Limited. Marie's dedication to law began during her studies at Queen Mary & Westfield University in London, where she cultivated a profound understanding of the field. Following this, she achieved a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course at Guildford College of Law, a commendable feat that set the course for her successful career.

Marie's commitment to excellence saw her complete her Training Contract with our firm, subsequently qualifying as a Solicitor in June 2009. Her exceptional work ethic and dedication to our clients led to her promotion to Partner in April 2015. Today, she skilfully leads our Residential Conveyancing department.

Based in the Property Service Department, Marie handles a wide range of property transactions. She is adept at managing all aspects of selling and buying freehold and leasehold residential properties, including re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Her portfolio includes the successful handling of shared ownership properties and acquisitions under the Help To Buy Scheme.

In addition to her residential property expertise, Marie is equally competent in dealing with commercial property transactions. Her breadth of experience and attention to detail ensure that each transaction is handled efficiently and professionally.
