Lauren Foord

After initially reading Geography at the University of Birmingham, Lauren went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) in 2021, and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with a Masters in Professional Legal Practice (LLM) in 2024, achieving Distinctions in both.

Alongside her studies, Lauren worked as a Paralegal at two other firms, in their Commercial Recoveries and Property Litigation teams respectively.

Lauren joined Glanvilles as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024. She began her training in Residential Property before moving to Civil Litigation in April 2025. In August 2025, Lauren commenced her third seat within the Family team, and in February 2026 she will begin her fourth seat in our Corporate and Commercial Department, based at our Fareham office. Lauren intends to qualify as a Solicitor upon completion of her Training Contract.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys performing in Musical Theatre productions across Hampshire and West Sussex.
