Commercial Team Expands in Havant

Glanvilles is delighted to announce that Jon Tawse has joined their Business & Commercial Services team in Havant.

Jon brings with him many years' experience working in property law, and is one the South's most knowledgeable legal experts in all matters involving or connected with Leasehold Enfranchisement.

From lease extensions and tenant rights, to collective enfranchisement and the right to manage claims, Jon works closely with a number of specialist surveyors both locally and far afield.

Jon also has a highly respected record for successfully challenging the payment of legal fees to the lawyers of Landlords and significantly reducing the costs for his clients.

I am very enthusiastic about working with Managing Partner Nicola Crookes West in the area of Leasehold Enfranchisement.
