Coronavirus COVID-19 and Private Client

Private Client update

Further to our previous post confirming the temporary closure of our offices following government guidance, we wanted to reassure all existing and potential new clients that all of our Private Client services including the drafting of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Administration of Estates are up and running as normal.

Our team has access to work remotely to ensure that matters (existing and new) continue to be effectively progressed in a timely manner.

Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

We have found that in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our clients have taken the opportunity to review their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, or make ones where they had not done so already. This is most sensible and understandable in the circumstances.
