Glanvilles are excited to announce the recent appointment of Caroline Sandys-Lumsdaine, Solicitor, and Tina Day, Senior Associate Fellow Legal Executive, to our Family, Separation & Mediation Legal Department. Caroline Sandys-Lumsdaine is a Solicitor based in the Glanvilles’ West Sussex team, at our Wisteria House Petworth office. Tina Day is a Senior Associate Fellow Legal Executive, serving our Hampshire community at Glanvilles’ Fareham office, situated within Cams Hall.

Tina Day is your local Family Solutions Practitioner and bring an abundance of family law and mediation experience. Tina is an Accredited Family Mediator and is qualified to consult with children in family mediation. As well as becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive, Tina is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in advanced financial provision and private law children matters. Tina joins an already established Hampshire team, working alongside Charlotte Woodhouse who is also an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor with over 20 years’ experience specialising in Family law. Tina Day can provide Legal Advice and support your needs on an array of Family law specialisms, such as Children Mediation, Deeds of separation, Divorce Proceedings including Financial Agreements, Living Together Agreements and Pre-Post Nuptial Agreements to name a few. Upon returning to the UK, having relocated abroad for a few years, Caroline joined Glanvilles Anderson Rowntree in January 2023 and was reappointed as Solicitor from April 2023. Caroline is also an active member of Resolution, a nationwide organisation of Family Lawyers, and can provide Legal Advice and on an array of Family Law specialisms, such as Children Act, Cohabitants, Deeds of Separation, Divorce Proceedings including Financial Agreements, Living Together Agreements and Pre-Post Nuptial Agreements to name a few. Caroline joins our well-established West Sussex team working alongside Jane Hodge, Partner and Senior Solicitor of the Family Department.
