In recent years disputes over Wills have risen very steeply indeed. Apparently this has not been caused by a growing US style willingness to litigate but by badly or incorrectly drawn Wills. A recent survey into Will writing has shown that one in five Wills had issues and as a result there are plans to make Will writing a regulated activity so that only those who are suitably qualified and experienced can offer Will writing services.
