Our fixed fee of just £749 includes an initial meeting with you*, preparation of the relevant court forms, correspondence with you, the court and your spouse and applications the Decree Nisi and Decree Absolute. This fixed fee is fully inclusive of VAT and Court fees,

Our fee does not include any work that may need to be undertaken that deals with finances property or children, if your spouse does not co-operate or the divorce is defended.

An additional fee for a copy of your marriage certificate (£9.25) may be payable.

* For meetings undertaken at our Isle of Wight office an £80 fee (inclusive of VAT) will apply.
