FIXED FEE Divorce, Dissolution or Judicial Separation (Petitioner) just £849
If you wish to bring your marriage to and end, you will need to Divorce. If you wish to bring your civil partnership to an end you will need to apply for a Dissolution. The person that wishes to apply for the divorce is known as the 'Petitioner'.
A Judicial Separation is a decree from the Court that will confirm that husband and wife are legally separated but which does not end the marriage.
Our fixed fee includes:
∙ An initial meeting with you
∙ Preparation of the relevant court forms
∙ Correspondence with you, the court and your spouse
∙ Applications for the Decree Nisi and Decree Absolute
∙ Court fees
∙ VAT
Our fixed fee is for a simple Divorce and does not include:
∙ Any work that may need to be undertaken that deals with finances
∙ Any work that may need to be undertaken that deals with property
∙ Any work that may need to be undertaken that deals with children
∙ Any work that may need to be undertaken if your spouse does not co-operate
∙ Any work that may need to be undertaken if the divorce is defended
∙ Marriage certificate fee (if a copy is required)

Divorce, Dissolution or Judicial Separation (Respondent) from £200
If you would like to legally end your marriage, you will need to Divorce. The person that is being served is called the 'Respondent'. A Judicial Separation is a decree from the Court that will confirm that husband and wife are legally separated but which does not end the marriage.
Our fee includes:
∙ Checking the paperwork received from the petitioner
∙ Preparation of papers up to and including the delivery of the Decree Absolute or Decree of Judicial Separation
Our fee does not include:
∙ VAT
Parental responsibility agreement from £100
This agreement will give an unmarried father or step parent the legal right to either make or be involved in making significant decisions about the child's upbringing.
Our fee includes preparing the parental responsibility agreement, arranging for you and the other parent to sign the agreement, registering the agreement and supplying a copy of the agreement.
Consent Order from £400
A consent order will provide a legally binding agreement relating to the division of financial assets following a divorce.
Our fee includes preparing a straightforward, clean break order, arranging the order to be signed by you and sending the agreement to your ex-partner or their legal advisors, sending to the court for approval by a Judge, and providing you with a copy of the order.
Advice on your ex-partners consent order from £200
A consent order will provide a legal binding agreement relating to the financial division of assets following a divorce.
Our fee includes preparing the order, giving advice on the order that has been prepared for your ex-partner's legal advisors and arranging for the order to be signed by you.
Cohabitation agreement from £500
In the event of a relationship with a cohabitee breaking down, this agreement sets out what will happen to your assets and finances.
Our fee includes preparing the cohabitation agreement, sending the agreement to your former partner's legal advisors, arranging for you to sign the agreement and supplying a copy of the agreement to you.
Prenuptial agreement from £750
The contents of a prenuptial agreement may vary widely but often includes provisions for the division of property and spousal support in the event of divorce or breakup of marriage.
Our fee includes preparing the prenuptial agreement, sending the agreement to your former partner's legal advisors, arranging for you to sign the agreement and supplying a copy of the agreement to you.
