Corporate finance is a broad term for the raising of finance by companies, whether as equity or debt. Glanvilles Corporate team regularly advises companies seeking to raise finance, whether from banks or other institutional lenders or from private investors. We also act on behalf of third party investors in relation to preparing the relevant documentation to facilitate and protect the investment. This includes security documentation such as debentures, charges and inter-creditor agreements.
