Glanvilles is a member of the Law Society's prestigious Conveyancing Quality Scheme ("CQS") - which is regarded as the gold standard for residential practices.
The award means that the firm has been recognised as meeting the highest standards in carrying out residential conveyancing work.
Membership of the scheme is only awarded to members of the Law Society. The CQS scheme is supported by the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association, and the Association of British Insurers.

We are not authorised by the Financial Service Authority. However, we are included on the register maintained by the Financial Services Authority so that we may carry on insurance mediation activity, which is broadly the advising on, selling and administration of insurance contracts. This part of our business, including arrangements for complaints or redress if something goes wrong, is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Complaints
We hope that you will be pleased with the work we do for you. If there is any aspect of our service with which you are unhappy, including our bill, please raise your concern in the first place with our Client Care Manager. We have an internal complaints procedure which is available on request.
